When requesting a repair for the surface type cover and pen, there is no option to choose it, instead its only about the pen and charger, what should i do?

I have a surface pro 8 and the pen and type cover dont work, i want to request a repair but the only options on the accessories tab are the pen and charger. If i want to make a service repair for both the pen and surface type cover what should I do?
