Hello Microsoft!

I'm currently using my Surface Book 1 and on the windows 10 settings home page, my profile picture doesn't appear and even though I have signed in with my Microsoft account it displays a Microsoft account and a local account under it (Refer to the picture below). I've tried logging in and out from my Microsoft account, trying to log in from a local account but to no avail.

Kindly help me and thanks as always.

Hi, please click on the windows icon (bottom left) then press on the circle profile picture, then press on change account settings. What do you see then?

I've clicked on that picture and it shows me 3 options.

    1. Sign out
    2. Lock
    3. Change account settings

Okay.  My name along with my Microsoft account profile picture plus my Microsoft account email (which has been cropped out). Below that its written Administrator and so on.

So, here its showing that you are signed in with a Microsoft account.

I would advise for you to press sign in with local account then that should switch you over to a local account (still having administrator privileges) then switch to a Microsoft account and that should sort it.
