Hello Hemant,
Thank you so much for posting in Microsoft Community.
I appreciate you raising this concern to us and I understand that you are facing issues with installing Dell peripheral manager software on your Surface device running Windows 11 with Microsoft SQ2 on ARM processor.
Firstly, I would like to inform you that the Dell peripheral manager software may not be compatible with your Surface device running on ARM processor. This is because the software is designed to work with devices running on x86 or x64 processors.
Regarding the Bluetooth disconnection issue, I suggest you try the following steps:
- Make sure that your Surface device is up to date with the latest Windows updates and firmware updates. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates > Install > Restart device.
- Try resetting the Bluetooth on your Surface device by going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > More Bluetooth options > Remove the device and then re-pair it.
- If the issue persists, try reinstalling the Bluetooth driver on your Surface device. You can do this by going to Device Manager > Bluetooth > Right-click on the Bluetooth driver > select Uninstall > Restart device.
If none of the above steps work, you can try contacting Dell support for assistance with the Dell peripheral manager software.
I hope it helps.
Best regards,
Rolando S.
