Surface Pen not working on Surface Pro 6

I've had my surface pro 6 for 2 months now, and I've loved it. Everything works really well except all of the sudden my surface pen will not ink or show any sort of cursor when placed on the screen. I've tried just about every single troubleshooting process I could find (reinstalling drivers, hard reset with volume and power button, repairing Bluetooth, taking battery out and putting it back in, updating windows, not to mention I've restarted my PC probably 10 times now). The button functionality with opening OneNote and such works perfectly well. Any other ideas? I'm getting really frustrated and I really just want my pen to work again. :'(

Can you try someone else's pen on your Surface to see if that write? Pens don't

have to be paired to write, the Bluetooth function is completely separate.

I bought my surface pro 6 about a month ago and have just come up with almost the exact same issues.

I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing has worked so far. As Kayratorvi the eraser button is still functioning fine, also the eraser mouse functionality is fine. The issue only seems to be affecting the pen nib.

    Does anyone have a solution?
