how can i find bios on my surface rt?

i try to find bios setting on my surface rt tablet but i can't find it

i check on internet and i find some solutions like press up volume keep and in same time press start but not work

please somebody help me!!!!!!!

    There is no BIOS in the RT.  UEFI is used in its place and there is nothing you can change on it.

    Do remember that it is not a regular PC and cannot run regular software for which you are probably trying to do.

    And, it will not boot up into Linux either!

    I have a Microsoft Surface RT Tablet probably one of the first ones made and im trying to access bios but every time  try it tells me that i need a password that Bitlocker has locked my Bios how can i fix this.
