photoshop keyboard shortcuts using tablet mode

Question

Am I missing something? i bought the surface to draw in photoshop with the pen but I can't use the keyboard for shortcuts if it's in tablet mode. Surely it's possible ... hopefully ... otherwise what's the point?

Photoshop is a program from Adobe. Everyone should know this.

So, if you are asking about using the touch keyboard in tablet mode along with the pen inside of Photoshop, this could be a problem. Are you actually using tablet mode or just have the typecover removed or folded back? 

(I use a separate Bluetooth keyboard when I'm doing artistic stuff inside Photoshop).

Hi thanks for your reply - I've solved the problem by finding an app called tablet pro.  It gives you an onscreen keypad and you can assign the buttons the shortcuts you want.  I'm a bit miffed with microsoft because on their lovely videos you see photoshop being used while the book 2 is in tablet mode but the reality is that it compromises the program.  I had a real OMG I've just spent all this money and it doesn't do what it should - I'm over it now.

What do you mean what app am I using for my photoshop?  Do you know what photoshop is?
