Hi. I also have a problem with the Sim tray on my Surface Duo. I can't find it on sale in any stores. Because of this I can't use my Surface Duo.
Surface Duo Sim Tray
Am trying to get a replacement Sim Tray for the Surface Duo. It appears that Microsoft won't sell replacements to customers in Australia, which is strange as it's just a part, not a device.
Can someone please post their experience of how they managed to purchase a replacement Sim Tray from Microsoft or where else they managed to acquire a replacement? Also, if anyone knows, is the Sim Tray from the original Surface Duo the same as the Surface Duo 2? Or is there another Sim Tray for a different device that fits the Surface Duo? Any help appreciated.

2022-05-17T22:54:43+00:00 You would think that considering there is literally no option to get a replacement sim tray other than from Microsoft, and the fact that Surface Duo's are absolutely littered all over the secondhand resale markets, Microsoft might be a little more liberal with assistance...alas....
Also, is it just me or are Microsoft doing absolutely everything they possibly can to hit the proverbial brick wall with this product? Don't get me wrong, in my opinion the Duo's are Masterpieces, but the pricing factor, in unison with terrible accessory marketing and the restricted level of support are clearly found wanting.
