Price Change less than 60 days from Purchase

Hello,

I purchased Order #### on April 9, 2023. In that purchase included a Surface Pro 9 - Forest, 12th Gen Intel Core i7, Wifi, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD for $1,439.99. It's price at the time was $1,499.99, but I am a student (STUDENT EMAIL) so I received additional $60 off. Today the price of the same Surface Pro 9 is $1,399.99. The price decrease comes within 60 days of my purchase. I'm hoping to talk to someone about receiving a refund of $100 that recognizes my student discount and the fact that the product is listed for $100 lower. Your help with this issue will be greatly appreciated!

I cannot talk to a system administrator. I've used Microsoft Chat before and can't find a way to start a chat.
