    Hello amr fowy,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

This depends on whether the problem is caused by a driver failure or a hardware failure.

Assuming the problem is due to a driver exception, let me provide you with the driver and firmware package for Surface Pro 4 here:

Download Surface Pro 4 Drivers and Firmware from Official Microsoft Download Center ****

After downloading and installing it manually, restart your Surface and confirm if the issue can be improved.

If necessary, you can also try using the Surface diagnostic Toolkit to do a more complete examination of your Surface:

Fix common Surface problems using the Surface app and Surface Diagnostic Toolkit - Microsoft Support

You can get it from the Microsoft Store.

It may take some time to run the diagnosis, but after the diagnosis is complete, you may see a report with diagnostic recommendations, which may have some helpful suggestions.

But all of the above scenarios are based on the premise that the Surface Pro 4's screen does not have hardware damage.

If it turns out that the problem is due to a hardware failure, or if you can clearly confirm that there is a cracked screen causing problems with the touch screen function, then normally I would recommend that you send your Surface Pro 4 for repair, but unfortunately, because this model has been discontinued, out of warranty support and service for such models is no longer available. We appreciate your commitment to Surface and apologize for any inconvenience.

We'd love to help you upgrade to a new, more capable device. Please check out ourĀ online Microsoft Store, visit one of our locations in person, or chat with an expert to learn about ongoing and special promotions.

    Best Regards,

Mitchell | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
