Surface Pro 7 Has no Sound after updated Audio Drivers and Windows updates

Hello- I have used the diagnostic toolkit to try and resolve No Sound problem on my surface pro 7. I have installed all updates and restarted the Surface without any resolution. Can someone help?

    We suggest the methods below:

    If the issue still persists, please open device manager > Expand “System devices” > double click the error driver “Intel Smart Sound Technology (Intel SST) OED” > Open “driver” tab > click “Uninstall Device” > Within the pop-up . check box for “delete the driver software for this device” > click “Uninstall” > Open Windows Update and click “Check for updates” > system will install “Intel(R) Corporation - System - 10.24.00.3694”

    Hello- I have completed the following steps as suggested below and I still don't have audio. My microphone doesn't work either. Can you advise?
