Duo screens are black and it will not do anything

I have a Duo and the screens are black. I thought the battery died so i putit on the charger but it will not power up. I tried to open recovery but it will not open either. it is completly died. How can i fix this?

    Thanks for posting your concern here. We're sorry to learn that your Surface won't no longer turn on.

    In this case, while the phone is plugged into the inbox power supply, please press and hold the power button for 1 minute or until the device turns on with either the low battery warning or the Microsoft logo appears. Charge Surface Duo for 1 hour. Also, try to charge Surface Duo for 1 hour using another USB-C charger and different USB-C cable.

    If the issue persists after performing these, then we know it's potentially related to a hardware failure. For further assistance, kindly contact Microsoft Surface Support to seek options for your device or possible replacement. If you're located outside United States, see Global Support.
