Unable to play forza horizon 4 for 5 minutes on surface pro book 2

I bought this couple of months ago.

Microsoft Surface Book 2 Intel Core i7 8th Gen 13.5 inch Touchscreen 2-in-1 Laptop (16GB/512GB/Windows 10 Pro/Integrated Graphics)

I can play Minecraft for around 30 minutes without any issue even if my laptop got heat.

CS GO for 15 minutes without any issue.

Forza horizon 4 for 5 minutes and start getting lag (due to over heat).

However, closing the game for 5 minutes would cool down quickly to normal.

Is this book not for gaming? I haven't expected this worst performance. Is there any thing I can do to handle cooling such as using cooling pad?

Will using dual monitor put down any load on the laptop?

Note: All of the games I play using my xbox 360 controller using the receiver adaptor.

Okay I had the same problem and I found a solution, I have the same laptop.

Download ThrotlleStop and put the exactly same thing as I did.

Hopefully it works for you (it will downvolt cpu frequency so it don't get too hot and it is very stable).

    PV,

EDIT : Tell me if it works I will make a vid on Youtube to help ppl
