I have tried downloading ZOOM Meetings by going to my browser.  That mode does not allow me to use ZOOM standard features for screen sharing, comments, etc etc .

Going forward, I will need to use ZOOM on a regular basis for many personal meetings and tasks. What are my options.

I have a Surface laptop/tablet

Thanks a lot for any expert guidance.

    Hi A Salguero,

Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Community.

If Zoom app is not available in Windows Store, you can download the app through the new Microsoft Edge browser. All you need to do is to look for this app online, click the ellipsis (the three dots on the upper right portion of the new MS Edge browser), select Apps and click "install this site as an app".

In the event that you already installed it on your Surface Laptop 2 but those features are still not available, it would be best to contact Zoom Communityfor further assistance.

If this helps, feel free to mark this post as an answer. Otherwise, don't hesitate to respond to this thread if there's anything else that  needs to be addressed.

    Kind Regards,

    Crest_Z
