Surface Laptop 3 doesnt power on

The computer does not respond to the power key. The computer has been turned off for a long period of time and now does not start. It has been charging with the charger plugged in and with the white lights on the charger on for 24 hours. I have followed the instructions of your support, charging the device, pressing the power on key for 20-30 seconds and I have also tried the Crt+Shift+ key combination Windows+B, all without success.
