Trying to get support for Surface that will not power on

Good morning,

I am trying to get support for a Surface Pro that will not charge or power on and I keep running into issues. I have followed the steps on this site for how to chat or call, but all I get is the option to start a repair request. Unfortunately, it says I have to do so from the Devices page, which I cannot do as the device is not showing up there despite multiple attempts to add it and saying it was added. Any assistance to get this device repaired would be much appreciated.

Kris

    Hi Kris,

Do you see the device listed on the page at Microsoft account | Devices?

    Hope this helps,

    Greg

I do not, even after getting the message that the device has been added I am unable to see it. Not sure if it needs to power on and connect to show up, but since it will not power on it is unable to do so.

Is there a support number I can call or chat I can setup. I have a completely dead Surface and no way to reach support so far.

    Thanks!
