Does anyone know how to reset Surface Pro 9 to factory setting? I need to wipe out my personal information before returning the product back o Microsoft. When I inquired about the factory setting on Microsoft.com, there was no specific instructions.
Are resetting and factory setting the same? If so, can I go through the following steps: Settings-->systems--> recovery-->reset this pc --> remove everything?
