2015-10-24T19:22:16+00:00 You will have to get with T-Mobile in regards to the app. The message you saw "was the message", by the way. I have an Android phone that does the exact same thing.
The message itself should display when launching the app and chances are, the app itself may have a bug. Get with T-Mobile customer support and let them know about it.
Read Surface 3 LTE Text messages?
Hi all, I've got the Surface 3 LTE and have service through T-Mobile. I got a notification this morning that said "1511 It's great that you joined T-Mobile..." and clicking on it took me to the Surface App. The Surface app doesn't look like it knows anything about it. Is there no other app that can read text messages?
Also I noticed the other day, the app asked if I wanted to send and receive text messages. The app's live tile also shows a little "1" in the corner since I got the text message.
Anyone see this before? And know how to get text messages?
Thanks,
Carl
