Yes, your Surface Go 3 can support Windows 11 Pro. The Surface Go 3 comes with Windows 11 in S mode, but you can upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. However, you will need to permanently switch out of S mode to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Additionally, if you make the switch, you won't be able to go back to Windows 11 in S mode. For SketchUp, the web application requires a modern web browser that supports WebGL2, which is normal for most browsers and devices. Surface Go 3 will be able to run the SketchUp web app as long as it is not in S mode. Please note that performance may vary depending on the complexity of your SketchUp projects and its specifications.
