As much as we would love to assist you on this, but individual pen cap for the Surface Slim Pen 2 is sold separately and cracked pen cap would also be considered as a physical damage which would not be covered by the Standard Manufacturer's Warranty. For this case, a paid out-of-warranty replacement of the whole pen will be offered. Please reach out to our live support for options and for further assistance in getting the pen replaced.
