Surface Pro Slim Pen 2 Cracked

The cap part (The eraser/Top button) of my surface pro slim pen 2 developed a crack some months ago. I have had it under a year now, and the crack has gotten worse, and now that cap won't stay on at all. All I really want is to be able to replace that top cap but I don't know where I could do that.

    Hi threelegmeg,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your Surface Slim Pen 2.

As much as we would love to assist you on this, but individual pen cap for the Surface Slim Pen 2 is sold separately and cracked pen cap would also be considered as a physical damage which would not be covered by the Standard Manufacturer's Warranty. For this case, a paid out-of-warranty replacement of the whole pen will be offered. Please reach out to our live support for options and for further assistance in getting the pen replaced. You may reach them through these steps below:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support
    2. Choose how you would like to get support for your Surface device.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.
