surface pro 4 touch dead after installing official update Win10_18362_21.061.12819.0.msi

Hi after installing a new windows 10 version 2004 on my both surface pro 4 , by downloading an official driver file with this name SurfacePro4_Win10_18362_21.061.12819.0.msi from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49498 after restarting my surfaces i had face with this message please wait a while to installing update ( a thing like this ) some colorful progress bar as i can remember, first blue then green purple orange was complete then both surfaces was restart to windows . eventually i had face with dead touch screen . and HID touch screen doesn't appear in device manager. i think this official driver is a big mistake which has destroyed my both surfaces. anyway. please give me a guide and solution to restore my touch screen or build a new firmware for us to solve this bad issue

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear about what happened to the touch functionality of your Surface Pro 4.

    In the Device Manager under Human Interface Devices, is the Intel Precise Touch driver listed? Try also clicking on View on top then select Show hidden devices and see if HID compliant touchscreen driver shows up.

    How about other drivers, are there any other drivers that is getting a error especially under Firmware? If yes, kindly provide us with the Device name of the driver and it error code.

    after enabling the hidden device , the device manager has shown some HID device with low color

    HID complaint consumer control *2

    HID complaint touch touch screen *2

    HID compliant vendor-define device *6

    intel precise touch device

    surface digitizer touch device

    surface pen setting

    usb input device *2

    All those dives has faced with error code 45 : currently this hardware device is not connected to computer

    to fix this problem reconnect this hardware device to computer
