The touch screen works properly in all areas except the upper left corner. It is unresponsive when I touch it. I tried to calibrate it but the cross to calibrate starts off in the very upper left corner and when I touch it nothing happens. This area is responsive to the pen and mouse. How can this be fixed?

    Hello,

I understand your concern and we are glad to help you.

    We suggest the following solutions:

Additionally, you can also try to update or/and uninstall and reinstallthe Touch drivers. Here is how:

    1. From the Desktop, swipe from the right and select Settings.
    2. Select Control Panel.
    3. Select Device Manager.
    4. Select Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware.
    5. Select the tab under Driver
    6. Select Update Driver Software.
    7. Select “Browse my computer for driver software”.
    8. Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
    9. Select Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware.
    10. Select Next
    11. Let the install finish.
    12. Restart your Surface.

If after the previous steps the issue persists, repeat the steps from 1-6 and clickUninstall, then restart your Surface and allow Windows to reinstall the driver.

Note: Please DO NOT check the box saying Delete the Driver software for this device.

Keep us posted for further assistance.

    Kind regards.
