If you just need a new charger to fit your Surface Pro 4, I only recommend you go to the official store to buy it:

Buy Microsoft Surface 127W Power Supply – Microsoft Surface****

Rest assured, both chargers are compatible with the Surface Pro 4. The 127W power adapter looks more powerful, but when charging the Surface Pro 4, it automatically ADAPTS the charging power of the Surface Pro 4 without causing damage.
