Warranty start date doesn't match my purchase date

Hi,

I just purchased a Surface Pro 4 today (9th of June) and registered it online but the 1 year Microsoft warranty is starting from the 3rd of March?

Does anyone know how to fix the date?

    You definitely received a used Surface. You should return it to the seller. Get

    your credit card company to assist if they refuse.

    >It's Argos, a catalogue retailer in the UK (never had any issues with them before but my Surface appears as "OKLUNE3" in the devices list after I registered it so it looks like someone named it already :D)

    Microsoft has not been selling the Surface Pro 4 for a while. They are selling

    the newer Surface Pro 2017. If you didn't buy at a Microsoft retail store, I

    would return whatever you purchased for a full refund and buy elsewhere. If you

    bought at a Microsoft retail store, go back and explain to a manager that it

    appears your device was already used and registered.
