    Please open this page to know the Surface warranty information as it shows that brand new Surface or Surface-branded accessory comes with a one-year limited hardware warranty. 

    There's a part there that asks how you can learn more about purchasing an extended warranty for your Surface device. Kindly visit Microsoft Store for information on Microsoft Complete, along with purchasing options.

    You can get Microsoft Complete within 45 days of device purchase by contacting one of our support service agents. If it has been more than 45 days, I am afraid this offer is not available. Kindly check with Microsoft Support for eligibility.
