Surface Laptop return - how to proceed?

Hello,

I need some advice on how to proceed with my return. I purchased a Surface Laptop co-pilot (latest) earlier this month. However, I realized upon opening that the product was a little too small for my needs, and the larger model would be better. So I chose to return it. The product was in pristine condition, with all original packaging. Just turned on once.

Return label printed, and returned via UPS. UPS tracking indicates the item has been delivered 2 weeks ago. However, in my Microsoft order history page, it seems like there are no updates. No indication that the item was received, and no refund issued. It's like they are still waiting for the item to be received. At this point, it says the return label has expired.

I'm also unable to contact Microsoft support, the help pages just go round in circles. I tried calling, but not able to get through to someone on the phone.

Not sure how to proceed - please advise.

Hello Hassan7534, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As this is an open forum populated mainly by gamers like yourself I'm afraid we'd be limited to advice only. In you're case if you're unable to start an online chat with Support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us then you should try reaching out to the Microsoft Store Support Team via the information listed here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...
