This sounds like connection problem from your router however, we want to get a better view about the cause of the issue:
• Try to uninstall the Zoom app, go to search box > add or remove programs > Zoom and install it again.
• If you're using a Wi-Fi, move a bit closer to your router.
• Try using a wired-connection to your router.
• If you're using a VPN for corporate use, try to disconnect from the VPN and check if the issue is resolve.
