Upside down camera

I recently was gifted a microsoft surface pro laptop. However, I am having issues with my camera because for some reason it is flipping the camera image upside down. When I use the camera application, it is right side up so I have no issues with that, but say I use zoom or skype it will flip my camera upside down. If anyone knows how to solve this issue, I would much appreciate it! Thank you, Wendy.

    Hello WendyGaytan,

Thanks for posting your concern here.

Please try to run **Surface Diagnostic Toolkit**and check for **Windows Update.**Restart the Surface after installing updates. Otherwise, reset the camera app on your device. Go to **Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Camera app > Click Modify > Reset.**Restart device to apply changes.

If the issue persists in Zoom or Skype, go to it's Settings, followed by Video, tap on the preview of your camera. If you see yourself upside-down, click on the Rotate 90until your image is set correctly. Now you can proceed to join the Zoom meeting without having to worry if you’ll appear upside-down.

    Regards,
