- Is the device connected to another monitor?
- Is this happening all throughout the display and occurs on any app?
- Has it been this way since you purchased it?
If apps appear blurry, kindly try the steps below might help fix the issue:
Go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced scaling settings (under Scale and layout).
In the Advanced scaling settings window, turn on the Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry option.
To check whether Windows can fix the problem, close a desktop app that appears blurry on your main display and then open it again.
