Air Pods Will Not Stay Connected in Windows 10

Question

My Air Pods Pro will not stay connected to my Surface Laptop.  It will connect, but no sound plays, and then a couple seconds later it goes back to "paired" and is disconnected.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, unchecking the box under power management.  Come on Microsoft, get us a real answer to this.  I'm tired of using Microsoft products because there are always 10 times more problems than with other brands.  Do better!

I actually see several threads that talks about AirPods that will not stay connected to the Surface device. Unfortunately, the solution we can provide are those that you already stated on your post. In this case, I suggest that you'll send a feedback to Microsoft using the Feedback Hub app. This would allow our engineers to conduct their own experiment, to check if there are things that needs to be upgraded.

I too have the same problem.  When I first got my air pods...no problem.  But now, they will disconnect a couple of seconds after connecting...no matter what I do.
