Hello,

I need help adding Mobile Broadband APN setting in windows 10 via a script. For some reason windows 10 does not automatically connect I have to enter our APN settings (username & password) for it to establish a connection. I have minimum knowledge in scripting. Can someone out there help me to write a script to add  2 APN settings? thanks

Every time I try to connect to mobile broadband on my Surface 3 I get an error message that says, "Can't connect to this network.  Enter an APN and try again."  I have AT&T service.  In my search for an answer, I did find an APN settings list by device type on the AT&T website.  They have iPhone and Android settings and when it comes to Microsoft it says that Windows devices update these settings on there own.  There is a Default APN, which is what I have applied under the Advanced Setting for the mobile broadband which does not seem to work.  I have called Microsoft and they were unable to help.  AT&T has access to the same information as I do.  Is there anyone out there that can actually help?  The people that make the product and provide the service certainly can't.

I was able to add an additional APN profile and fix my problems connecting to AT&T via cellular on my Surface 3.  The apn name is 'broadband' with the default settings for the rest. I then click to resync settings from provider and boom--online.

Did you have Windows 10 installed.  I am having the same issue with "Cant connect enter apn" error message.  I wonder if its because I upgraded when I bought the device from windows 8.1 to windows 10.
