Hi ChristianSerapion.
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve them quickly.
First I'd like to ask you to check if you have your Windows Update fully up to date?
Something that has been reported as a general cause for these kinds of issues are updates trying to update the drivers while the device is going into sleep mode. Something you can try is to re-install the sensor drivers.
- Right click on the Start Menu.
- Open 'Device Manager'.
- Expand the category 'Sensors' and right click the sensor driver.
- Choose 'Uninstall', and if you get the question asking if you want to remove the driver from the device, leave that box and just click OK instead.
- After the driver has been uninstalled, reboot your Surface normally and the driver will automaticly re-install itself.
