Display Problem in My Surface Pro 7

Hello Team,

I have a Surface pro with less than a year old . Yesterday , i was using it and suddenly there comes a display problem in the task bar.

Some pixel lines are appearing above the Task Bar. Everything is working fine. Only there is a problem with the display.

Can you please help me in how to resolve this or how to proceed with exchange ?

Please do help. I have attached some images too.

    Try restarting your SP7.
    Try reinstalling the video driver. Try a reset by holding down the power button for 30 seconds until your Surface
    turns off, then press the power button to turn on normally.
