I live in Puerto Rico and have been having serious issues with the computer stores here so I thought I would try ordering a Surface Studio directly from Microsoft. When I went to complete my purchase I get the following message
"Market not supported
Microsoft Complete isn't available for the selected market.
PUR-WarrantyCannotBePurchasedInMarket"
What does this mean? I can buy the computer, just not the warranty? Do they not ship to Puerto Rico? Should I just get a Mac?

As things stand now with the Surface Studio 2 being 3 years old .. Yes, buy one of the new iMac or wait a little longer for the new iMac Pro .. Buying Surface Studio 2 in 2022 is a poor choice for value (for a niche device that was expensive and underpowered even when first released).
