surface pro 3 hdmi output to flat screen tv, how do you make the output fit in the monitor?

Cannot adjust hdmi out put from Surface pro 3 to flat panel tv and have the out put fit the screen.  Always shows up outside the frame of the picture.  What adjustments do I Make to handle this?

    You need to adjust Overscan.

    It may be possible to do that in the TV's menu somewhere. The TV manufacturer may describe the adjustment as something other than Overscan.

    If not, the only solution is to uninstall the official Surface Pro 3's graphics driver (issued by Microsoft) and install the official Intel driver and control panel. Overscan can be adjusted in the Intel control panel.
