How can I get the trojan:PDF/Phish.RR!MTB off my surface pro x? I see other responses about Defender, but that is not working as I keep getting fake virus pop-ups. 

This Pro X has turned out to be such as disappointment.

    You have to perform a recovery with a recovery image.

    The image is here and follow the onscreen instructions.
