Surface Laptop Studio 2 is not charging above 49%

Hello!

My Surface laptop Studio 2 won't charge past 49%. I have disabled the battery limit in UEFI.

I enabled the battery limit ~1month ago or so.

Now I need the bull battery to travel.

I have disabled the battery limit in UEFI

This had no effect. The battery is at 49%

Following the advice from Microsoft support, I have uninstalled the battery driver and discharged the battery to ~0. It did not help.

I've then made a factory reset... (this is really annoying that I had to do that. I'm wasting my time.). And it did not help either. The battery is still at 49%.

The button "Charge to 100%" is inactive in the Surface app.

If you can pass my feedback to someone developing stuff... This experience is, well, very poor! ☹️ Who could have thought that an expensive buy like this would cause trouble and burn my time? Never had something like this happened on Apple!!!

Update: Sending my laptop to their service center was the only solution. I don't think I'll ever try using the battery limit mode ever again.
