Hi Nishant,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
It sounds like you're having trouble with your Surface Arc Mouse. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Check the Batteries: Ensure the batteries are properly installed and have enough charge. Sometimes, low battery power can cause the LED light to malfunction.
- Re-pair the Mouse:
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add device.
- Select Bluetooth** and then choose Microsoft Arc Mouse or Surface Arc Mouse.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
- Reset the Mouse:
- Turn off the mouse by flattening it out.
- Turn it back on by bending it into the curved position.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3-5 seconds until the light starts blinking.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a hardware problem. Please visit this link to contact Microsoft Support for service and repair of Surface accessories. Contact Us - Microsoft Support
I hope this helps. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Your Sincerely
