    Hi Richard Cheung1,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. We appreciate for sharing your concern to us.

Could you verify the browser you're using to access YouTube TV?

The Surface Pro X comes with an ARM-base processor. To operate YouTube TV on Arm devices, there may be a limitation or compatibility issue. To confirm this, you may get in touch with the app developer to check if the said application works on an ARM device. To learn more about ARM-base device, see ARM-based Surface devices FAQ - Surface | Microsoft Learn.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia

Thanks for getting back to me. So the funny thing is that I can watch youtube tv on Edge but on Chrome it states that the video format is not supported.

Any ideas how to get Chrome to work on youtube tv? I have Surface Pro 7 and it works find on both chrome and edge.

Please advise on the Surface Pro X.

    Thanks.

You're welcome, Richard Cheung1. Are you referring to the Chrome Application? Your Chrome app seems to be having a problem. By any chance have you tried using the incognito Window?

Update or reset your Chrome app.

Open Chrome app > at the top right, click "More". Then click Update Google Chrome.

    Reset Chrome Settings.

Open the chrome app settings. Select Reset settings > restore settings to their original defaults > reset settings. Access YouTube tv and reload and see if problem persist.

Please take note that Chrome is third-party software, we can only provide limited troubleshooting guide. If none of the solution works, your best approach is to reach out Chrome support for further assistance.
