how can I remove the USA events off my lock screen?

my Q is how to remove the events of the USA off my screen like the flag day of USA cause I don't care about it and it's not my country so tell me how to turn it off.

    I understand that you want to remove the USA events from your lock screen on your Surface device. To change the region or disable this feature, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings > Time & Language > Region.
    2. Under Country or region, select the one that matches your location and preferences.
    3. Under Regional format, select the one that matches your language and date format.
    4. Go back to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen.
