    I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    Microsoft does not operate a service center in Vietnam that provides onsite support. Surface standard limited warranty and Microsoft Complete are applicable only in the country where you purchased your Surface.

    If your device is Surface Pro 4, unfortunately because this model has been discontinued, out of warranty support and service for such models is no longer available. We appreciate your commitment to Surface and apologize for any inconvenience.
