Surface Pro 4 will only turn on when connected to charger

my Surface Pro 4 battery is 100% charged but tablet only turns on when connected to 110 charger?

    can you open an admin cmd prompt and run

    powercfg /batteryreport

    then copy and paste the entire report into a reply?

    I wrote a few days ago my surface pro 4 works fine on 110 but shuts off instantly if I unplug it. Battery regesters 100%.

    I got a response: open an admin cmd prompt and run powercfg /batteryreport

    when I do this a window opens for a few seconds and then shuts down.

    what am I doing wrong?
