How do I uninstall games and apps from my surface?

I installed some games which are in my surface under apps and now I can't figure out how to uninstall them.  Someone please help.

    1. Find the app that you want to remove on the Start screen or with Search.
    2. Swipe down to select the app or right-click on the app. When you do this, app commands appear at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Tap or click Uninstall.

    This sounds awful but I don't know how to right click. I don't have a mouse and that is the only way I know how to do it. I am using the on screen keyboard.

    You can swipe down on the app tile using your finger if you don't have a mouse.
