how do i disable digital signature verification on the surface rt?

"Bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks ON" spits out an error saying it is impossible because of secure boot. Second question how do I turn off secure boot. I really hope this isn't another case of Microsoft deciding they know what is best for me. A 300 dollar paper weight is not what I had in mind when I bought this thing.

    I don't believe you can disable Secure Boot on Windows RT as that would defeat the reason it is there. Are you trying to Jailbreak or load Linux/Android on it?
