Intel XE Graphics driver and .NET 3.5 applications

I have a few .NET applications that I use for work. One is a Connectwise Automate Control Center and the other is EntraPass web for security. When I run either of these applications and log in the page is frozen and I cannot enter a password.

I tried doing a clean install of windows, all drivers are up to date, .NET 3.5 is installed and I repaired it multiple times.

I found out from Connectwise that it may be a graphics driver issue. I changed the .NET apps to use the onboard RTX 3050 and voila I am able to log in and the app works. The apps only freeze when using the integrated Intel XE driver, which I also made sure was up to date.

Any ideas? I would rather not use a dedicated graphics card to run a .NET app.

That sounds like a bug. If you can reproduce this, use the Feedback Hub App to file a problem report. Note that there was a Cumulative Update for Net 3.5-4.8 yesterday. Does anything change after installing that update and restarting?
