Dear Sir/Madam,

On 24/4/2025, I power off the Surface Computer, but it can only power off by clicking "power off after update", but this computer doesn't connect to internet at that time.

When I power on Surface Computer yesterday, it can enter into desktop, but it will gradually change to black screen after a moment, and I can't resume normal screen on desktop, but mouse and keyboard can work properly.

Would you mind to inform me how to solve this problem? Please inform me as soon as possible. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

May I know the current situation? You mentioned that the screen gradually goes black, and I assume that you could operate the Surface before the blackout.

You can perform a clean boot and start in safe mode respectively to confirm whether the same problem occurs. This helps troubleshoot if the issue is caused by third - party software or driver failures.
