where to repair surface 3 screen in Malaysia?

I cracked my surface 3 screen. 

Can I know where is the service center to replace the screen ?

How much is the cost and how long will it take ?

    Microsoft has never repaired broken screens. They replace the entire device with

    a refurbished Surface, if they agree to the exchange. It would be cheaper to

    find a refurb outside of Microsoft in most cases.
