Who can repair a hard drive on a surface studio 2. Geek squad diesnt hv the proper tools to fix or get into the air system. Microsoft no longer offers support in store

Surface studio gen 2 tried reboot but geek squad says hard drive corrupt can't fix it or hv tool to get into the aio device. Any recommendations how to get fixed as microsoft has no support for this product? It is not recognizing the serial number.
