Clip studio paint on surface 2

I got Clip Studio paint on my surface 2, but it wont open it just says I need some app to open it. What app is it talking about? Does Clip Studio even work for surface 2? Are there any good alternitives for Clip Studio

    Nope, only software from the Windows Store works on Surface RT/Surface 2. You

    can search the Windows Store for  paint/art/sketch/illustration programs, but

    honestly you won't find anything as functional as desktop programs.
