Microsoft ARC mouse rubber tear

Hello,
I have been using a Microsoft Arc mouse for the past year or so, and a tear has appeared in the rubber of the palm rest.
I want to keep using my mouse but this tear is making the mouse unpleasant to use, and it looks like it keeps getting bigger.
Is there a way to replace the rubber piece?

    Hello vlad611,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry about what happened to your mouse. I understand how concerning it is to have such issue on your accessory.

Apparently, there is no available rubber that is sold separately for your mouse. In this case, your accessory needs to be replaced entirely. To check for further options, please reach out to our Microsoft assisted support.

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support and select Devices.
    2. Choose your preferred support method.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    StevenK
