Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock Monitor Won't Find Dual Monitor after Redocking

Hello,

I've got multiple Surface Laptop 5 and Surface Thunderbolt 4. I'm working with Dual 4k 28" Acer monitors.

When I disconnect my computer, go to a meeting and return, only 1 of the monitors will re-connect. The other does not show up in Display setting.

I can correct it 3 ways. Either Power cycle the monitor, power cycle the dock, or unplug the display cable and re-seat it into the dock.

It brings both monitors back online and back to their default settings.

If I am just shutting down and rebooting I've never had any issues. It is only when un-docking and re-docking the laptop that a monitor won't stay active.

Here are my current Windows specs:
Edition Windows 11 Enterprise

Version 23H2

Installed on ‎3/‎26/‎2024

OS build 22631.3447

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22688.1000.0

Surface | Surface Laptop | USB-C
